If ten percent of first time homeowners default, nine renters have moved into houses and will stay there an pay the mortgage (at least until they get fired). Do that over and over again and eventually, the nine that stick will wipe out the glut of unsold homes. Or, FHA can eliminate foreclosures completely if they stop doing loans. All these broke ass banks (TBTF) and insurance companies (AIG) are now leeches and parasites on America and society. I mean, geez, they failed and they died and now they're zombies feeding off of all of us to try and cover their loss of their deity. Banks should not be a part of the loan process. Banks seek profit first and disregard the public trust in those pursuits, while the appraisers domain IS the public trust. Diametrically opposed principles and goals. Banks need to be taken out of the process as client.

On Bloomberg : Campaign spending soars to $220 million for Congressional Races. Cast a cynical eye to all this propaganda blasted across our airwaves. It's going to get worse and worse as the elections draw near and corporations take advantage of their new "corporations are people" rating and attempt to buy your vote by slanting the truthmaking mountaisn out of molehills or outright lying. Thank you SCOTUS - NOT! Be sure to check out my previous post to bring back fair elections and get involved. Thanks

Hi antigov. or just dont use them if you dont like their service. frankly i think most people would appreciate a quick turn time in this market. Also, we will only promote products that we believe gives value to you. when I say "we" its me and frank. We check it and if we dont like it we wont use it.
fastcash: (September 27, 2010 11:26am)
anitgov, You also must be anti business. Dying wholesalers???? I don't see that happening the way banks are treating consumers. As a matter of fact without wholesalers in the mortgage industry none of us would be able to earn a good paycheck. Enjoy the show and stop with the ANTI everything. Without wholesalers there will be no competition and then a Monopoly by all the big banks. Free enterprise, that's what business is all about. Also i don't see any harm in marketing.

TBSW is turning into marketing whores just give information and stop steering the brokers to dying wholesalers

There is some good news to report. The House Administration Committee has voted to move the Fair Elections Now Act out of committee. This means that YOU have a chance to bring sweeping, historic change to our political system by putting elections back in the hands of voters. Currently, corporate special interests and lobbyists drown out the voice of a single voter, but through the Fair Elections Now Act, we can take back our democracy from corporations without costing taxpayers a single dime. There are enough votes to pass the bill on the floor of the House of Representatives -- now, we need leaders with political courage to bring it to a vote. Call youR Representative and ask them to tell Speaker Pelosi to bring the Fair Elections Now Act to a House vote before it is too late. Your voice is more important now than ever on this issue. Speak out for Fair Elections! http://fairelectionsnow.org/callnow

I like them. Don't pan their brave attempts at filling in for the boys. Do you think it was easy for them? It took a lot of courage. Give them a chance for the spotlight, would you expect any less for youself?
MrsLyons: (September 27, 2010 8:14am)
Do not like the fill in guys..... I would stop watching if they were regulars
Mandy: (September 27, 2010 7:42am)
Hey I don't like the guys that fill in for you on your days off. I think they should try to be themselves instead of trying to be you. I watch you everyday. Couldn't you make two videos on the days your going to be gone. I share them and I don't share the other guys.

Regarding GMAC - I was talking to a multi-state mortgage banker the other day and he said he had several clients right now embroiled in this GMAC mess. He said one client was told directly by GMAC that they had a "rogue servicer" which caused them problems.

Patriot Games...just Google "GMAC Halts Foreclosures" and you can read hundreds of articles about this. Here's what the NY Times had a week ago but this was nationwide on the news "everywhere". http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/21/business/21mortgage.html

Last week you reported that GMAC was calling off foreclosures in 30-something states. I heard that was untrue. Can you substantiate your claim in some way?. Can you point to a source that will verify your story? You have a great show but....
