Silly question, can we sign up for the mailing list update comments for a video that we did not leave a comment on?

@Brian, I ran into my SunTrust rep Ron Holland and told him about my trip to Dallas. He told that he used to visit your office in Fairfield and had your account. Small world. Anyway, I hope to have my blog up and running in a few days. Thanks again.

I was skeptical when I first signed up for this event. Boy, I am so glad that I went. You guys rock! Can you host the next event in a more exciting city, like Las Vegas?

I hear you LOUISIANAAPPRAISER I am in Kenner and am tired of killing myself for the "fee split" from CoreLogic and others.

Oh...one more thing...when are you guys coming to San Diego, CA? We could sure use your new techniques right here in your own back yard! And our weather's so nice today (and every day!). ;-)
PenelopeX: (December 13, 2010 9:48am)
This idea about sending a video of family to our troops in service of our citizens is AWESOME! and I've forwarded it to my Realtor brother and Loan Officer brother (got a big family). One way I'm working (as a Certified RE Appraiser in San Diego, CA) on the bogus AMC fees paid by both brokers and loan officers for "reviewing" and HVCC compliance, is to develop a non-profit AMC. You saw that right! A non-profit AMC and I hope it will turn the AMC industry on its head! No more bogus overhead fees to brokers and lenders and more importantly, to the consumer...YOU AND ME! Check us out at www.acsc-mc.com and feel the $$ in your pocket difference! We appraisers want to improve client relations even more than clients do, AND improve industry standards independent of the FED. We can do that together!

I have to admit, I had never even seen your show before my weekend in Dallas. I was there as a "study buddy". I have attended many seminars but none that left me feeling they would really impact my life. You guys are awesome and have a new fan in me! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

So, Dallas was a big hit. Congrats! Any plans to bring the Video Marketing Roundup to the belly of the beast - the Washington, D.C. metro area? I recommend Reston, VA as the spot. It's close to Dulles.

Without any doubt the best convention/seminar I have ever been to. Congratulations, you knocked it out of the park. Tom

The appraisers one strategy: Stop anticompetitive fee practices which are strangling the livelihood of hard working appraisers. / When are mortgage bankers and brokers going to get back to what works; in house direct appraisal ordering through separated departments with round robin appraisal assignment?

As always, good show guys. Not to stray from the subject of the day, but I need to know where Frank got that kick ass T-shirt...B, yours was cool too. Thanks guys for keeping me in the loop with your very informative shows.

Hi Brian and Frank, A friend of mine e-mailed me your video about 9 months ago, and I've benn watching you guys ever since. I'm not into real estate, but I am a landlord and your daily vids keep me well informed about what's really going on in the business. Just want to say thanks for the info and in a few months I should be ready to buy my dream home. This will be the first place I will look. for a loan. I own 2 homes outright 1 is a rental (SJ,Ca.) the other I live in, (WH,Fl.), and 1, I'm 140K/65K upside down in (Homeland, Ca.) prepping to rent. Plans are to rent all 3, and buy my dream home in Fl. Apprx. 350K or less. I have 2 incomes 1300 month mil.ret., 1300 UC state ret. + 1 solid 1500 per mo. rental income SJ home, 900 per mo.(projected)Homeland, and 650 per mo. WH home (projected). Anybody willing to do some preliminary work so that I can go shopping for my dream home in Central Florida early nest year? Credit Score is around 720-750 (guestimate).

You guys rockkk! It has been a tough year and thinking about compensation reform can have you running for a new career..."would you like fries with that?". Thanks for giving me the stategies at the Dallas Event. All the presenters gave me a new found hope for my families financial future!I know I will be closing 5 times more loans next year without spending a fortune for the ideas. For those of you who were unable to attend,I would make it a priority to make it next time. It truely is a transformative life event. Thanks again!

In Birmingham, we have a rah rah seminar coming up with Laura Bush, Coach Sabin, Zig Ziglar, ad naseum. The cost? Less than $2.00, I'd rather watch a TBWS Daily marathon! Could not make it to Dallas, so I have to settle for the dailies.( and I love Laura Bush(sorry coach, I am an Auburn fan))
valeriekeener: (December 13, 2010 6:12am)
I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things sbout this weekend in Dallas. It was amazing! More info packed into 72 hours than I could possibly imagine and ALL of it beneficial no matter your industry! Truly! Thank you to Frank, Brian, Carl, Roberto, Scotty, Jeff and everyone who participated in making this event MONSTROUS! I have some new heroes! No more "seminarville" for me! You guys rock!
PropOneApprsl: (December 13, 2010 6:02am)
I have to say that TBWS is an excellent medium for the mortgage brokers across this country. Frank and Brian do a great job of informing and teaching members of the mortgage industry. I only wish that we appraisers had a TBWS that predominantly focused on our industry. Lord knows we could use it.
HowardV: (December 13, 2010 5:51am)
We had a great time in Dallas! Frank, Brian, Carl, Roberto and the gang did a fantastic job! We got a lot of useful information in a short time period, but more importantly it was awesome to meet others from all over the country and exchange war stories and our own sales strategies.
JillUnderwood: (December 13, 2010 5:18am)
Now there's something to write home about: I was on the Daily show!! How cool is that?! It was an amazing weekend in Dallas. Brian & Frank - y'all rock!! You are the real deal and I am a bigger fan now that I have met you both. Keep up the good work!
mbreston: (December 13, 2010 4:00am)
For those of you who have not had a chance to meet Frank, Brian, Carl and the other presenters featured, believe it or not, they even better in person than on video. There is not one thing about them that was not down to earth and very real. I walked away feeling like I got much more than what I paid for. It was not about the rah rah and it was not about the ah ah (while some deep issues where discussed, it never felt like a self help seminar). It was about what we can do today to improve the way we market ourselves and our business and then, even better, it was a step by step way to do it with all the little details discussed. What was most telling about the character of Frank and Brian was how they stayed after hours on Saturday to help those that needed it get a basic blog up and running. I am serious - imagine a bunch of people in a room next to the bar at 11 pm with Frank and Brian plugging away on your keyboard and that is what it was like. These are good people.

or, I could have said, the "consultant" in me...
Swarm The Banks: (December 13, 2010 1:36am)
The director in me was curious if all of your attendees brought along video cameras and if you considered doing a take where they all pointed their cameras at you.
