Adding to the idea. Brian and Frank, you guys dress up as star wars action figures, we see you walking toward your jedi captain seat, you sit down, remove your helmets, and begin typing your letter, the voice over of what you are typing sounds like Darth Vader. Well, the darth vader voice over might take away from the message.

I told you guys last week about a prominent re-location company going to an AMC and how pissed I was I charged $700 instead of my normal $550 fee? Well, I got the $700. I also got this response of why they're going to an AMC. ...."due to the recent state legislative licensing requirements and because some of the laws are loosly written, in many cases we fall under the definition of AMC (Appraisal Management Company) and must adhere to the licensing requirement. This is not possible for us so we have no choice but to outsource our appraisal network management". Can you guys believe this crap? They can't even watch out for their own financial interests! This is a relocation co. with absolutely no interest in the outcome & it has a separate ordering system in place, fully HAVOC compliant! When is this crap going to stop! Larceny & extortion are the banksters entitlements condoned by law! WE need to do something. WE need marches & protests. With this new tax bill, they'll be raiding SS.

Zorro- eeke, the IRS. I thought the difference in what was owned might become what is known as "zombie debt" in the unsecured world of debt. Does anybody know if a person who is foreclosed upon (and I don't meant this in a light manner as I believe there are way more problems than robo signing going on) might be still be on the hook?

I've just spent 9 days in the hospital with some unknown bug. I missed you guys! No computer access was both liberating and awful. But, life didn't stop. My loans are still in the correspondent limbo hell but I come out thankful for the men and women who choose the honorable medical profession. We may have come through a few tough years but they are doing God's work every day and night. Thanks to them all.

Good one. More people should "burn those notes". It would be refreshing to see mortgage brokers who counseled borrowers on the merits of never refinancing again, and owning these homes as soon as possible. Hopefully, that will be one substantial result of so many owners taking advantage of these low rates. For many refinancers, the 15 year note is back! It's not your home, until you own that note.

@swarm: most of the time those Neg Equity Beings ...NEBs...are skating with no Lingering Liability(LL) especially in a non-judicial foreclosure state. Without a judgment against the NEB the NUB (Nefarious Underhanded Bank) takes the hit on their balance sheet and P&L. But wait! Now the NUB sends a 1099 to the NEB for forgiven debt, aka INCOME at least in the eyes if IRS. So now the NEB has another chance to be a patriot by paying additional taxes which will stimulate the economy right?

Which then brings up the issue of negative equity beings (NEBs) who roam the planet owing money for the next decade or two because they were foreclosed upon. If foreclosed upon properties are then re-racked as zero to positive equity, does the government just ignore the resulting foreclosure debt placed on the homeowners who were foreclosed upon?

You guys crack me up. I was just wondering if any one of your followers, read my dissc. yesterday. I mean you guys are the king of sales/motivator extrodinaires, to get people fired up for sales and mortgage business looking for new ways to earn business, and there I was right under your noses looking for a loan, begging for some one to lure me away from the big banks, so that I could go dream home shopping early next year. Thought I would be bombarded by at least a hundred loan officers offering their services, only one got it. I'll be contacting him today. Hopefully by next April, I'll be in my new dream home. Brianin Tampa got it right. Thanks Brian and Frank.

I am upside down on five mortgages. I now feel so un-American because I am not delinquent. The patriot in me says I should let them all be foreclosed on. I'd be doing my part to help reduce national negative equity. I may even get an award from HUD like I'm some kind of superhero!!
