COMPENSATION - Last night I was trying to figure out what a loan officer in Texas could do to help stop this compensation Fed rule BS. One thing I know for sure is that unless you’re a loan officer you don't know or care about it. Point in case – One of my colleagues in Dallas asked Richard Fisher (the Dallas FED chief) about it and he didn’t know anything about it. So . . . I started thinking about how, or who, would want to publicize something like this and how we could we get some FREE attention. Now I know the President watches FOX news like a hawk and I know Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck are always shouting "socialism". BINGO. Please join me in flooding there email with reasons to repeal this. I don't care what your political affiliation is and quite frankly it doesn't matter. I just want to be able to feed my family. Great tips and motivation to getting out there and make more contacts. I was nicely but very directly "hammered" just this Tuesday by title reps from two different companies I used in 2010. They are very directly asking for my business. BTW... it's "reps" not rep's. Simple plural, not possessive. Best Regards from the Grammar police

I called every rep, for whom I had a card, in our area about title leads......not one single(or married) person had a clue what I was talking about. I had to go to a national firm to find this at 6 cents per lead.......Very disappointed. Also, I haven't seen a title rep except at caravans....not in our office.
