In order to display the “click here to play video” – you need to select Preferences from the left side of your Comcast email screen. Then select Display. Then select List HTML as an attachment (the last option) – this improves security and is recommended by Comcast.  

Then, when you open the email, you need to click on the attachment paper clip at the very bottom of the email screen…
